Children younger than 2 participate for free. Lunch is not included, but may be purchased for an additional fee. Exact pick-up times will be determined when confirming your reservation. Please wear walking shoes and comfortable clothing.

Redemption Details
After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.
Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservation confirmation is required. Upon arrival in Mazatlán, please contact Mexico Travelscape to confirm your tour date and pick-up time and location; the customer service phone number appears on your printed voucher(s). On the day of your tour, please wait in your hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. You must present one voucher per person and valid photo identification to the tour representative. Note: when calling from within Mazatlán, you do not need to dial the country code or area code.
